Our corporate bookers will continue making online bookings on “Serko” or through our consultants based on the most cost-effective fares and the most convenient options.
Since our establishment, JC Travel has years of experience in dealing with the domestic and international travel requirements for travellers from large and diverse organisations. We can see what is changing and provide actionable data and useful insights for our travellers ensuring their 100% adherence to the travel policy.
We will continue working with your Management Team to increase the online versus the offline bookings and tailor Serko to their needs to ensure our travellers get the air travel experience they look for at a price that represents the best value as well as ‘s team achieving high levels of compliance to the travel policy.
We will continue working with your team to pinpoint areas of savings, tailor the system to show how travel policy rules can be adjusted to deliver an in-policy service that exceeds the travellers’ expectations. Serko will continue to display your Medical’s contracted fares or the best fare of the day with the airlines.
We will appoint a designated Corporate Travel Manager to serve as your primary point of contact.
Their strategic responsibilities will include:
- delivering proactive and effective customer service solutions that aim to improve strategic program offerings by aligning them with objectives
- achieving results by using quality planning, analysis and decision making taking initiative to identify potential problems and determine the best solution
- building effective long term relationships with relevant client stakeholders to achieve customer excellence
The Account Managers will also provide access to our Travel Excellence Team. The team is made up from a cadre of highly experienced travel managers who can work with the client to review and audit the operation of the client’s Travel Policy.
Travel spend is controlled through a tailored online profile that includes negotiated rates and fares, preferred supplier contracts and your travel policy. The online profile is held in a secure database that feeds all our systems and our online booking tool. This ensures that the options available to travellers (through consultants and online channels) comply with company policy and support your preferred supplier contracts. No reservation can be made prior to consulting the company profile to ensure policy compliance.

JC Travel manages all the elements of international travel including flights, transfers, accommodation, restaurants, tours, activities, translation services and tour guides as well as the other services expected from a full-service travel company.
We have in-house expertise in sourcing complex international airfares which neither airline websites nor most online retailers can obtain due to the technical and algorithmic limitations placed on them by the GDS they subscribe to. Besides accessing the best fare of the day, we look at the most direct routes and provide alternative travel options (where practicable).
Since inception, we’ve had years of experience in dealing with the domestic and international travel requirements for hundreds of thousands of travellers from large and diverse organisations. Our industry expertise is acknowledged worldwide and locally by the major airlines such as Emirates, Etihad, Singapore Airlines, Air New Zealand, Qantas, Virgin Australia and Malaysian Airlines.
Bookings for accommodation can be made online through AeTM, JC Lite or through our consultants. Our consultants have access to additional databases able to provide accommodation in remote locations or with offline accommodation providers.
Our hotel chargeback system offers a more reliable and efficient bill-back solution for businesses and travellers. The use of chargebacks reduces exposure to fraud and makes the reconciliation of individual payment transactions much more efficient. This solution gives clients a comprehensive audit trail that eliminates billing, disputes and streamlines the T&E reconciliation process.
Requests for VIP services are handled by designated senior team members who are also trained in the provision of concierge services. We provide customised services and coordination for groups and travellers with special needs including the clients’ VIPs, travellers with physical impairment, and distinguished visiting travellers.
Client VIP bookings are not subject to additional booking fees.
We have extensive experience in supplying and managing ground transfers, car rental, limousine and reservations. Our buying power, together with our experience in negotiating with car rental firms, has allowed us to achieve significant savings for our clients.
